What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Audit position at RAMADA HOTEL?
HOTEL NIGHT AUDIT/FRONT DESK
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process guest registrations, including collecting payment
- Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed
- Perform nightly duties including running night reports
- Maintain room status inventory
- Perform key inventory
- Communicate all pertinent shift information to General Manager and other desk staff
- Maintain and clean the lobby and bathroom as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least two years Hotel Night Audit/Front Desk Experience
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reliable and have transportation
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little or no supervision
- Must be proficient in the use SynXis System
- Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc.
- Must display very good organization and time management skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of person
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
