Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public areas of the hotel.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure guest rooms and common areas are in excellent condition.
• Deliver and pick up items from guests as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of hotel events or functions as required.
• Ensuring all areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Gardening, mowing, watering plants, cleaning windows, paths and steps.
• Handles any tasks assigned by the manager as and when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
