What we are looking for:
The Assistant Event Planner must be able to work weekends and nights as well as other scheduled hours as needed, based on the events scheduled. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, friendly person, with strong emphasis on creativity and quick problem solving. You’ll be a hands-on team player, ready to take action as needed for possible plan B scenarios. Microsoft Office experience preferred, but not required. Must be willing to learn.
What will I be doing?
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Banquet Event Mangers with coordinating and executing upcoming events.
Interacting with vendors for deliveries and set ups.
Assisting clients’ needs leading up to their event date and assisting day of onsite of event.
Interacting with our full-service team to ensure client’s needs are met in compliance with contracted services.
Other duties as assigned.

Starting pay is based on experience with the opportunity to go up over time for fully qualified individuals. Applicants must be able to pass a background check. Benefits available for full-time employees; waiting period may apply. Apply in person with a job history or resume.
