- Clean and maintain floors, ensuring they are free of debris and properly cared for.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms or facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleaning procedures.
