MIXER/MACHINE OPERATOR
Summary Of Position
As a Mixer Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery in a mixing manufacturing or production environment. Your primary duties will include setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to ensure they function properly and produce high-quality products according to specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process and performing routine maintenance on the machines to keep them in good working condition.

- Set up machinery according to production specifications, including adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Operate machines during production runs, monitoring performance and making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards and make adjustments to the machine settings as needed.
- Oversees that production crew members are abiding by GMP and Food Safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, such as mechanical malfunctions or quality defects, and take appropriate corrective action.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
