Account Relationship Executive – Broadline Distributors, Major Chains, and Club Stores
Results-driven sales professional with extensive experience managing and expanding relationships with broadline distributors, major chain stores, and club stores. Skilled in driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying market opportunities across multiple channels. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across broadline distributors, major chain stores, and club stores.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Lead the execution of trade promotion strategies to optimize sales performance across multiple customer channels.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing concerns, and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate with customers to create tailored solutions that align with their goals and drive mutual success.
3. Leadership and Collaboration
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Work closely with marketing, insights, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
4. Trade Promotion and Channel Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of trade promotion activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage budgets effectively, optimizing the ROI of promotional spend.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share within existing and new accounts.

Compensation
105K - $125K plus an incentive program, salary commensurate with experience.
