Ramblewood Country Club is a renowned 27-hole parkland-style championship golf course owned and managed by Ron Jaworski Golf. With three separate 9 hole combinations, variety is the spice of life at this southern New Jersey golf course. We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Golf to join our team and work closely our team to provide the best level of customer service to the members and general public. The ideal candidate will be energetic and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This individual will be responsible for managing the day to day operations, as well as managing all tournaments and outings using Golf Genius Software.

Essential Responsibilities
To provide the best customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
To help train, direct, manage and administer all duties and responsibilities of the golf staff.
Managing tee sheet reservations with Lightspeed Golf
Supervise and manage all golf aspects of tournament play: pairings, scoring, bag drop, contests.
Maintaining an effective organization and cleanliness of the entire operation.
Manage their own lessons, clinics and Junior program schedule.
Assist the Director of Golf in all aspects of the Operation
