Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Purchasing Manager to successfully manage all aspects of food service at the Belmont Restaurant across all meal periods.
- Supervise a dynamic team and assist with administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
- Develop and implement menus and recipes, and train and coach fellow team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the club's hospitality offerings and provide an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
