What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer Intern position at Ramboll?
Your tasks and responsibilities during your internship may include but not be limited to the following :
- Support design work in various areas of the mechanical discipline; HVAC plumbing central utility plants chilled water systems steam systems district heating and ancillary systems.
- Perform site visits to document field conditions including system tracing dimensioning of spaces review of documents and recording sitespecific conditions.
- Create design drawings utilizing 3D design software (Revit and / or CADWorx)
- Cooperate and communicate with other engineers designers and drafters assigned to the various phases of the project
- Assist other engineering disciplines to produce final construction drawings and details associated with various mechanical engineering projects.
- Perform checking of design drawings and specifications to ensure coordination and completeness
