Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider making data faster and safer, is seeking to hire a Logic Design Intern to join our Memory Interconnect Design team in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be working with some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world developing products that make data faster and safer.

The US salary range for this full-time position is $21.70 to $40.30. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.

Responsibilities
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and/or pursuing MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Coursework: ASIC and FPGA Design, Tape-Out, VLSI System Design, Physical Design, Computer Architecture
- High aptitude with Verilog and SystemVerilog
- Experience with Static Timing Analysis (STA) tools and processes
- Experience with one or more of the following scripting languages
- Python
- TCL
- Perl
- Shell
- Make
