Your Mission:
As our Bilingual Area Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee janitorial staff, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. Your strong leadership,communication, and management skills will be crucial in collaborating with clients, sales, operations, and janitorial staff.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage janitorial staff across multiple locations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to hire, train, and manage cleaning staff
- Conduct on-site audits and inspections to ensure service quality
- Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new customers and schedule specialty services
- Monitor our GPS-based mobile app to ensure accurate timekeeping
- Develop and implement contingency plans for staff call-offs
- Oversee supply management and payroll processes
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
- Collaborate with our executive team to achieve company-wide objectives
- Report directly to our COO and Director of Operations
Your Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish and English
- 3 years of experience in operations management for a facility services company
- Exceptional communication and delegation skills, especially with email
- Tech-savvy and experienced with operational software, mobile apps, and laptops
- Willing to work 40-50 hours per week, flexible split shift will include evenings and occasional weekends
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and motivation skills
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of experience as an operations manager for a janitorial services company
- 1 year of experience with Swept or a similar facilities service mobile app
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets
