Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server at Ramoun’s Kitchen, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure all food is served in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Process payments efficiently using cash registers or POS systems.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
• A commitment to providing excellent guest service and teamwork is crucial for success in this role.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry up to 35lbs in weight
