About the Role

Ramp is entering an exciting growth phase, and we're searching for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to elevate our financial storytelling. This role is designed for a strategic, creative content marketer who thrives on experimentation and execution. You're someone who has bold ideas, gets things done quickly, and isn't afraid to try new things. You should be comfortable covering technical topics and using data to develop interesting and impactful stories.

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll create high-quality content, including reports, blogs, scripts, and longform narratives designed to captivate everyone from finance leaders to general readers. You'll take ownership of editorial excellence, continuously raising our content standards.

What You'll DoLead financial storytelling :

Take ownership of Ramp's financial narratives, leveraging industry research, subject-matter experts, and a network of freelancers to ensure authenticity and accuracy.Find the right format for every story :

Choose the best medium for each story, from longform reports to bite-sized video.Pitch like a newsroom :

Collaborate with a team of former journalists to find compelling stories, then bring them to life.Uphold editorial excellence :

Your work will be insightful, interesting, and funny, while simultaneously centered around quality, depth, and relevance.Track and analyze metrics :

Monitor content performance, interpret data, and continuously refine our approach.Expand our footprint :

Build and manage a network of top-notch freelancers to help scale your storytelling.What You Need

5 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or fintech2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS content marketingStrong experience working with content management systems and managing end-to-end content creationOperate with a newsroom mentality, producing content consistently and meeting deadlinesExceptional writing skills; proficient in crafting high-quality written content across formats and mediumsNice-to-Haves
