About the Role
The Ramp Web Engineering team is 6 people strong and currently searching for its 7th engineer. Our ideal candidate has a passion for web development, is a great cross-functional communicator and possesses a knack for getting the visuals right. Our tech stack includes React (Next.js), Tailwind CSS and Javascript.
What You'll Do
- Lead implementation of multiple complex projects that establish our website, Ramp.com, as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
- Collaborate tightly with our paid ads team to A / B test landing pages for lead generation across multiple channels (Meta ads, Google search, direct mail, podcast, etc.)
- Build design systems and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and team
