Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:
You’ll provide excellent, high-level service and create meaningful relationships with our National Providers and the teams internally that work with each. Our focus is on retention and growth by strategizing and working hand in hand with Providers on their path to future renewal.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in account management, advertising or marketing.
- You are passionate about our mission and are a regular listener to our shows and podcasts.
- You pay attention to the details. Seriously.
- You have strong written and verbal communication.
- You have experience building strong relationships via video conference, phone, email and in person.
- You understand media advertising, though not required.

- Providers trust us and are eager to renew because of the strong partnerships you build.
- Educate Providers on The Ramsey Way and key updates, holding them accountable for delivering a great experience.
- Ensure Providers’ messaging and creative is refreshed regularly under your direction and assistance.
- Address objections, needs and issues, offering solutions, education and sharing successes.
- Keep stakeholders informed on Provider progress, challenges and opportunities, proactively offering solutions to avoid surprises.
