Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer support and service.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all interactions with customers.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base when applicable.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.

- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is advantageous.
