What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Retoucher position at Ramy Brook?
We are looking for a full-time, In-House Junior Retoucher to assist in editing all images across the brand. The Junior Retoucher will work alongside the marketing, ecommerce and wholesale team and report to The In-House Retoucher. Main responsibilities include: retouching images for the site, email marketing,
paid social and sales assets. The Junior Retoucher is also responsible for organizing and managing image assets across multiple teams ensuring all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate has experience working in the fashion industry and understands basic retouching standards. They should be advanced in Photoshop, Capture One and have strong skills in color correcting.
Responsibilities:
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, wholesale and the creative production
teams in a deadline-driven environment
• Retouch assets used for creative marketing, ecommerce and sales
• Manage and organize images
• Collaborate with external retouchers on special projects
• Work closely with the In-House Retoucher and Art Director to ensure all images are up to standard
Experience Requirements:
• 1 years of retouching experience
• Previous experience working in the fashion industry preferred
Education Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in photography or another related field
Skill Requirements:
• Advanced in Photoshop, Capture One and other editing platforms
• Keen eye for color
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
