Become a part of Rancho De Los Caballeros team as a Bartender. As a full-time bartender, you will be responsible for preparing drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems. This role requires issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles. You will also set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Additional responsibilities include preparing fresh garnishes for drinks, stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, transporting supplies to the bar set-up area, washing soiled glassware, removing soiled wares from the bar top and tables and placing them in designated areas, anticipating and communicating replenishment needs, processing all payment methods, counting bank at the end of the shift, completing designated cashier reports, resolving any discrepancies, dropping off receipts, and securing the bank. Securing liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas is also a critical part of this role. Finally, complete closing duties.
