Job Summary :
Providing excellent customer service to handle incoming guest reservations. They connect and understand the guests needs and make the correct reservation. The reservationist role involves crafting guest experience and informing the guest of all of the offerings of the ranch. They also ensure guest stays are smooth. They communicate with guests at the highest level of hospitality and integrity and accommodate guest's special requests whenever possible. This position is Part Time, and free lunch during every shift. The starting rate of pay is $15.00 plus. T Job Responsibilities / Duties :
- Takes guest reservations
- Works the telephone console
- Answers questions
- Transfers calls
- Makes copies
- Acts as information central
- Handles guest complaints
- Arranges for guest transport
- Basic Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed
