Become part of our family, a multistate leader in luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in El Cajon, CA.
ABOUT THE JOB:
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties:
- Plumbing repairs
- Electric repairs
- Appliance repairs
- Building repairs
- Dry wall, patch and installation
- Slab leaks
- Floor repairs
- Lock and key service including maintenance and re-keying
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Apartment Turnovers
- And any other type of duties as assigned by supervisors
- May be required to work at more than one location
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years' experience in Apartment, hotel, or construction/handyman or general maintenance/contractor experience
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License
- EPA Certification (preferred but not necessary)
- HVAC Air Conditioning maintenance and repairs experience (preferred but not necessary)
