As a Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will :
- Keep rental properties in pristine condition, both inside and out
- Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Conduct preventative maintenance on properties and within units
- Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items
- Perform carpentry and painting when necessary
- Maintain accurate daily maintenance records and action items
- Interact professionally with vendors and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
