Rancho Moonrise, Austin’s most exciting new hotel and events venue, is looking for a Bar Manager to join our growing team! We’re seeking someone passionate about good drinks, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Oversee bar operations for pool, events and venue service
- Develop creative, seasonally inspired bar menus that change depending on the event
- Ensure compliance with TABC regulations and monthly reporting
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Hire and train bar staff as we grow
- Collaborate with our events team to curate unique bar experiences
- Bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of Rancho Moonrise’s bar program
- Experience in bar management, mixology, or beverage program development
- Knowledge of TABC laws and compliance required
- A creative mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory/costs
- Excitement to grow with an innovative venue and team
- Weekend availability
