Our drivers work under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services. The successful candidate will present with an impeccable driving record and an appropriate attendance record.

DRIVER ES SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicates and coordinates transportation of residents with the Facility Services Administrative Assistant.
- Transports residents to destination in a safe and timely manner. The return transport will be arranged to prevent any confusion as to time and destination of return.
- Coordinates with other staff to provide transportation for Activity Events to and from agreed destinations.
- Performs Non-Resident trips to the bank, post office, Church Headquarters, and other destinations as required.
- Coordinates the use of Rancho Center vehicles.
- Performs preventive maintenance and vehicle checks on Rosewood Center vehicles.
- Greet people as they come into the office and direct them as appropriate.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and consistent attendance at the worksite as directed by supervisor.
- Adheres to the provisions of Rancho Rehab Ethical Standards, Guidelines / Compliance Plan, and exemplifies high ethical standards in all activities and interactions.
- Complies with all provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Ensures that the Transportation Department maintains compliance with all federal and state regulatory and licensure requirements.
Driver Qualifications :
1. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Considerable initiative and judgment is also required.
2. Ability to read, write, and follow verbal directions.
3. Must have Class-E license.
4. Candidate must be CPR certified
