POSITION : Snack Bar Attendant - Lead
REPORTS TO : Director of Food and Beverage
FLSA STATUS : Non-exempt
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Snack Bar Attendant - Lead is responsible for serving and preparing food and drinks at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club's Snack Bar. They are responsible for maintaining operational standards and monitoring the Snack Bar staff for quality assurance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performs simple food preparation and serves food and drinks at the Club's Snack Bar
- Ensures quality of product and service with intent to provide the highest level of member and guest satisfaction
- Performs opening and closing procedures.
- Ensures sanitation standards are met in the Snack Bar area.
- Observes food serve safe practices and all general Club safety protocols.
- Communicate needs to the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage
- Maintain proper inventory levels and do monthly inventory counts
- Trains new and existing employees on proper standards and procedures
