Rancho Seco Care Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our IDT to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans
- Providing direct patient care and treatment services
- Recording treatment charges and progress notes according to facility policies and procedures
- Participating in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences
- Communicating with supervisors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
