As a Maintenance Technician, you'll have the ability to effect real change for the residents of our communities. You'll work collaboratively with an eager staff to achieve and exceed goals. Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Key Responsibilities
Our Maintenance Technicians must have a collaborative working style and must have the ability to clearly organize a high volume of work orders. All team members must exhibit confidence and humility, strong decision making skills and excellent listening skills, and finally must help cultivate a positive atmosphere with the staff you work with.
Technicians must possess general knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electric, construction, and grounds maintenance. All maintenance staff members must have a basic set of tools, an active cell phone, a reliable vehicle, and a positive attitude in everything they do. This position requires 24 hour on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule which is shared across our entire maintenance team.
The Team Member will be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies and procedures. Regular work hours are 8:30-5:00, Monday thru Friday, with the ability to work after 5:00pm on high volume days required. All employees must be able to pass a criminal background check.
