Position Summary:
We are seeking a Team Lead to support the picking department and supervisory staff in maintaining work-flow with a focus on safety, quality, production, and attendance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor work-flow, production, quality, and safety standards.
- Prioritize assignments within the department.
- Bring associate issues to the attention of Human Resources or the department supervisor.
- Fill in as needed on the production floor or in a supervisory capacity.
- Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities when required.
Education/License Requirements:
Highschool Completion / GED or equivalent
General Experience Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Requires decision making using standard methods, guides, and procedures.
- Must be able to periodically act independently based on past precedent.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
