Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and sales of fresh produce, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products in a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, inventory management, and teamwork.
Duties:
- Receive and stock produce shipments, including handling and arranging products in the store.
- Conduct inventory management tasks, such as monitoring stock levels and tracking product movement to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage shipping and receiving procedures, including inspecting products for quality and ensuring that all shipments are properly received and stored.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce section and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Handle heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods..
- Being multilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or produce store environment is highly desirable.
- The ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- The candidate should be comfortable with physical labor and have a keen eye for detail.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
