Randolph House Hotel, an exciting new addition to the vibrant hospitality scene in Liverpool/North Syracuse, is preparing to open its doors in March 2025! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping team member to join us as we prepare for this exciting milestone.

Job Summary:
As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a key role in ensuring that Randolph House Hotel provides a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the hotel to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room Cleaning:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
- Check and report any maintenance or safety issues in guest rooms.
Public Area Cleaning:
- Maintain the cleanliness of public spaces, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Ensure that all areas are kept neat, safe, and inviting for guests.
Laundry:
- Sort and wash laundry, ensuring that linens and towels are cleaned and neatly folded.
- Maintain laundry equipment and ensure proper stock of supplies.
Operational Support:
- Follow all hotel cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in restocking and organizing housekeeping supplies.
- Work with the team to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any damage, missing items, or issues with guest rooms or hotel facilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
