The Tech Integration and Support Specialist is a primary point of contact for all digital technology needs within our community. This role provides frontline support for network access, VoIP phones, printers and copiers, client computers and tablets, classroom technology, A/V equipment, online academic services, and productivity software used by students, faculty, and staff. In addition, the Tech Integration & Support Specialist supports teachers in creating a technology rich classroom environment that elevates and expands the learning experience.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Assist in creating and publishing content for the school’s website, social media channels, email communications, and print materials
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and share engaging stories that highlight Randolph’s mission, programs, and community
- Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and communication purposes
- Support event promotion, fundraising efforts, and enrollment management by developing and distributing marketing materials
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media and website performance metrics
- Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels
- Transport students, school equipment or travels for school business to alternate locations using a company or personal vehicle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field
- Two years of related experience required and five years preferred, preferably in education or a non-profit setting
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail; AP style or school communications best practices awareness preferred
- Experience with social media platforms and trends for schools and community engagement
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is desirable
