Responsibilities

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:

• Support the Cyber and Platform Engineering Project Manager in staffing initiatives.
• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and leadership teams to assess staffing needs.
• Manage staffing requisitions using the Resource Control Board (RCB) tool.
• Review staffing demands, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to secure top talent for product teams.
• Represent the CAP team at the Resource Control Board and compile staffing metrics for senior leadership.
• Assist with software development metric collection and reporting to support leadership and project teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collecting and analyzing staffing metrics.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with RCB tools and software development processes (preferred).
