Position Title: CMA Coordinator, Enrollment
Department: Case Management (Ongoing)
Reports to: Teams Supervisor
FLSA: Non-exempt

Starting Range: $21.78- $22.62 hourly * rates reflect FY24-25 and subject to change, contact hr@tre.org to confirm rates.

General Description:
The Enrollment Coordinator at TRE is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for assisting and synchronizing supports and services for the individuals we serve and their families. This position requires a dynamic and agile approach to meet the needs of our clients while maintaining a strong understanding of TRE's Mission, Vision, and Values. The Enrollment Coordinator must be a diligent steward of TRE's financial resources and operate within a highly regulated environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Promote excellent internal and external customer service through clear written and verbal communication, embodying TRE’s values in all interactions.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and interpersonal communication skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in all levels of communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Develop a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations governing LTC and IHSS services to maintain compliance and best support our clients.
- Case Analysis: Critically analyze case documentation, including behavioral and medical reports, guardianship paperwork, and financial documents, to promote the health and wellbeing of our clients.
- Documentation: Enter case notes in multiple systems to ensure comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and tasks.
- Service Plan Development: Organize and implement service plan development tasks using various technologies to stay informed about client needs and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with all TRE stakeholders to promote TRE’s mission, vision, and values.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain client and company records using various data management systems to support continuity of care, transparency, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Community Resources: Cultivate an understanding of community resources to support the additional needs of our clients.
- HIPAA Compliance: Maintain HIPAA standards in all aspects of engagement to protect the privacy of clients and staff.
- Meetings and Training: Attend departmental and agency meetings and trainings to improve performance, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

- Team Support: Provide coverage for essential duties to maintain service quality and continuity.
- Professional Development: Participate in professional goal creation and career development plans.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changes in state and federal regulations affecting TRE’s policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum: A bachelor's level degree of education, five (5) years of experience in the field of human services, or some combination of education and experience appropriate to the requirements of the position. (experience must be specifically documented and verifiable on your application.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong advocacy skills.
Preferred: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in Sociology, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or other closely related field. At least one-year experience in a case management environment. Experience working with families and community resources; knowledge of family dynamics and resource development. Working knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs and requirements; experience working with persons with disabilities. Knowledge of and experience working with community resources and resource development.
Material and Equipment Directly Used: Computers/tablets, Printers, Copy Machines, Personal Vehicle, Cell phones/telephone, Cloud based systems and software, etc.
Working Environment and Physical Activities Office, community, private residences, commercial properties, and virtual environment settings. Moderate physical activity required, such as walking, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds. (Provides ADA accommodations at the request of the employee.) A working vehicle, valid CO driver’s license, (unless active Military family) is required, and auto insurance coverage with bodily injury and property damage liability coverage ($100,000/$300,000/$100,000 coverage recommended) are required.
