- Team of 5 supervisors managing provider calls
- Transitioning to Genesys platform
- Looking to enhance customer service capabilities

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new contact center technology solutions
- Transform current voice-only system to include additional channels (chat, self-service options)
- Develop and implement IVR and first-line defense solutions
- Manage project timeline, budget, and resources
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Lead change management initiatives
- Ensure successful user adoption and training
- Proven experience implementing contact center or call center technology solutions
- Track record of successful large-scale technology transformation projects
- Experience with IVR system implementation and optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Avaya, Genesys, or similar contact center platforms
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Genesys
