Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a cross-functional project, ensuring alignment across multiple departments and timely delivery of key milestones. This individual will play a critical role in driving the project forward in collaboration with the Business Lead, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed, accountable, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, tracking progress across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams including Quality Assurance, Warehousing, Engineering, Repair Center, IT, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources.
• Identify and document project decisions, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings, synthesize inputs from diverse teams, and deliver clear, concise updates to leadership.
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation throughout the project.
• Ensure project tasks and deliverables remain on schedule and within scope.
• Serve as a key liaison across all functional teams to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous progress.
  
  

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain and distribution processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP WMS, DLx, and TMS
• 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to build detailed project plans and monitor milestones across diverse teams
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to facilitate effective decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management at various organizational levels
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities to proactively address risks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience conducting effective status updates and progress reporting to leadership
