Responsibilities

• You will think end-to-end, considering the full user journey, identifying and filling content gaps that may appear along the way. You will apply composition, and content strategy to create meaningful experiences that consistently raise the bar and reset expectations for employee-facing experiences.
• You will be an advocate for users and an ambassador for our brand, creating designs that are familiar, intuitive, and accessible for all. You will ensure that experiences reflect our brand through appropriate application of voice and tone. You will also make recommendations to inform the visual design (i.e., how typography is applied) to emphasize critical content and establish an appropriate hierarchy of information.
• You will use communication skills to ensure that design rationale is understood.
• You will work alongside user researchers to apply data-driven insights so that you deliver the right product to meet user needs. You will participate in design meetings and critiques and provide feedback to teammates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Core deliverables of yours include content models, taxonomies, microcopy, and low fidelity wireframes that outline an appropriate information architecture for page content to answer the question,
• What story is this page trying to tell?"
• You will be instrumental in helping define and document best practices and content standards for the larger team.
• Your input should set context for users (even first-time users) about the page they are on, the experience they are in, while instilling confidence, clarity, and consistency through content.
