Deputy Program Manager (Engineering and Design Project)

Currently looking for a Deputy Program Manager (Engineering and Design) for a long term project in Frederick Maryland.

Must have active IRS MBI clearance. This is a must! Cannot be considered without it.

• Oversee day-to-day program execution, coordinate activities across teams, manage project schedules and budgets, ensure timely delivery of deliverables, communicate with stakeholders, adhere to contract terms, ensure application of quality control to delivery, and ensure all compliance objectives are met.
• Requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Program Manager.
• Ideal candidates have experience in HCD in an Agile environment.
• PMI Certification or equivalent experience desired.
• Active or cleared MBI is necessary for this role.
