IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote support, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remotely).
- Manage Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and SQL Server 2012 R2.
- Assist with in-house developed applications as part of DevOps processes.
- Handle infrastructure incidents/requests and ensure business continuity with after-hours support.
- Manage IT assets, installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, peripherals, and printers.
- Provide end-user support for Windows 10 and standard office applications.
- Perform system health checks, antivirus patching, and security compliance audits.
- Respond to SOC/NOC alerts and resolve issues per SOP guidelines.
- Maintain IT inventory, system documentation, and vendor contracts.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and IT infrastructure (DHCP, WAN/LAN/WLAN).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10 systems and end-user support.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance procedures.
Education:
- University Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (BSc/BA preferred).
- Experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
