IT Project Manager I

job summary:

The IT Network Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of network-related projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

responsibilities:

- Manage and lead global network projects from initiation to closure.

- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.

- Constantly monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.

- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management clearly and concisely.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Financial report analysis, budgeting, statement analysis

- Manage project financials - budget, actuals, forecasting.

- Manage ordering and billing processes.

qualifications:

- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum required)

- 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT network projects.

- PMI PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Understanding of network infrastructure is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
