• Oversee product development - managing schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Unite engineering disciplines to create seamless, high-quality products.
• Drive Agile software development and orchestrate multi-team efforts.
• Present to C-suite executives and lead strategic discussions.
• Identify and clear roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.

qualifications:

What You Bring:

• 5 years leading highly technical projects in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or software).
• Proven experience managing full-cycle product development.
• Exceptional leadership & communication skills - able to motivate teams while remaining approachable.
• Agile project management expertise and experience coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Embedded Systems and hardware/software implementation and integration.
