Responsibilities

  • Conduct receiving inspections, in-process inspections, final inspections, and first article inspections.
  • Utilize Optical Gauging Smart Scope and Keyence vision systems for measurement and quality assurance.
  • Apply a strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) in inspection processes.
  • Program and operate vision inspection systems for accurate measurements.

Skills:

  • strong understanding of GD&T.
  • Experience using vision inspection systems.
  • Ability to program vision inspection systems.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of AS9102 (First Article Inspection).
  • Touch probe experience.
  • Familiarity with ASME Y14.3 standards.
