An Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Louisville, KY area. The Implementation Supervisor manages cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze multi-site Helix Migration projects, ensuring timely, effective customer transitions through structured project management and communication.

responsibilities:

• Supports mid to large-scale Helix Migration projects, including single and multi-site implementations.
• Analyzes customer solutions/migration requirements and ensures successful solution delivery.
• Maintains client communication and prepares weekly project reports.
• Holds regular project meetings to review status and follow up on action items.
• Collaborates closely with the Program Manager.
• Attends daily Zoom status meetings.
• Uses project management tools to track success and progress.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
