Position Summary:
Reporting to the category lead, the Associate Temp, Marketing, will be responsible for supporting the team with category market research, end-to-end project management, the creative/product execution together with the activation & content development. S/he will help manage the execution of the marketing strategy as well as category growth worldwide. S/he will be a key liaison between all cross-functional teams.
This is a temporary role starting early March 2025 lasting for approximately 6 month duration.
Responsibilities:
- Support Category POD Leader in leading functional and technical coordination to execute given strategies and their required deliverables.
- Help identify new product launch opportunities based on new technologies, market trends, competitive activity product gaps and category/franchising opportunities leveraging a category management skill set.
- Work hand in hand with cross functional partner groups to bring new programs to market, including but not limited to Supply Chain & Planning, Product Development, Packaging, Design, Global Supply (GSR), Creative, Education.
- Support COGs analysis, forecast estimate analysis, pricing and SKU management for managed categories.
- Support strategies for consumer-centric marketing initiatives, storytelling, and claims that recruit new consumers and cultivate existing consumers.
- Develop data-driven, consumer-centric concept, 360 briefs to inspire best-in-class brand creative assets and product. Prepare digital and mobile-centric 360 briefs and asset lists
- Collaborate closely with Creative to build visual brand identity and creative assets aligned with brand strategy and target consumer
- Manage end-to-end launch process, specifically responsible for input and up-to-date management of systems, such as Runway, Bubble, Wrike, Marketing Bulletins.
- Support Category Pillar with the acceleration of diversity efforts by leveraging consumer insights, assets, product claims, and influencer strategy to reflects an authentic, consumer-centric approach; ensure cohesion across all touchpoints
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including managing launch schedules, project timelines, and reporting. Facilitate operations on key Marketing deliverables and processes across select campaigns and projects, i.e.: competitive research; project management; crossfunctional meeting coordination
