Seeking a Sample Coordinator for a temporary position for a large clothing company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing (opening, unboxing, unpacking), organizing, and tracking samples.
- Conduct Quality Assurance of all incoming samples with product data against merchandise.
- Partner with the merchandising team to obtain ETA’s (Estimated Time of Arrivals) and report data to requesting teams.
- Manage sample logistics and work with partners to effectively communicate product prioritization.
- Route and track samples according to order requirements and desired destinations.
- Collaborate and work diligently to find solutions to sample challenges.
- Adhere to schedule requirements and report issues as needed to manage partner expectations.
- Take a keen approach to learning and researching products to enhance their ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in the merchandise.
- Always mindful of the sample process and add value by continuing to improve efficiency, streamlined procedures, and proactive communication.
