W2 position to start as soon as possible and go until mid September of 2025 PART TIME HOURS - 24 hours / week We are looking for a Site and Email Marketing Specialist to drive best-in-class digital marketing execution for brand and client website in the US. This position reports to the Manager, Global CRM & Retention. Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including campaign builds, automation flows, segmentation, and A / B testing to drive engagement and sales. Maintain and update site content in Shopify, ensuring product pages, promotions, and landing pages align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data insights. Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop compelling email content and on-site messaging that resonates with the target audience. Work with merchants, pricing and promotions teams, business analysts, and engineers to ensure email and site marketing efforts align with overall business goals. Identify opportunities to improve email personalization, segmentation, and automation to enhance customer experience and retention. Ensure seamless integration between email marketing, site content, and promotions to create a cohesive digital experience. Stay up to date on email marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
