What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Manager position at Randstad Enterprise?
This role is an on-site position based in the Beyond Yoga headquarters in Culver City and supports the Wholesale team to execute the sampling strategy and other operations activities. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Wholesale and may require occasional travel.
W2 assignment for 6 months
About the Job
Wholesale order management support:
- Review ATS (available to sell inventory)
- Administrator of JOOR platform
- Add/remove styles to JOOR as they come in/out of inventory
- Update lead images in JOOR so high inventory styles are front facing
- JOOR tech support for all of the wholesale partners
- Assist with order processing
Manage Sales Sample Lines:
- Manage milestone meeting responsibilities
- Organize, box, ship samples to Account Executives in time for the season launch
- Oversee and organize sample library
About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combined 4 years of college education and work experience required.
- Orientation toward accuracy and enjoy working with data/lists/inventory a must.
- Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast-paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last-minute changes
- Experience with excel/spreadsheets, and v-look-up, pivot tables and data analysis a plus.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be able to stand for long periods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high personal standards
