Location: Fully onsite in Columbus, GA We have a client seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, reconciling payroll-related accounts, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, proficiency in payroll systems, and experience handling payroll reconciliations and reporting.
salary: $50,000 - $57,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities
- Review and resolve timecard exceptions (missing clock-in/out).
- Download and verify all time entries, communicating discrepancies with managers.
- Ensure department hours comply with company policies.
- Process additional payroll data, including commissions, bonuses, and prorated pay.
- Reconcile payroll reports with data inputs.
- Process wage garnishments, child support orders, court orders, and other special deductions.
- Review pay statements for loan deductions and update reconciliation reports.
- Ensure 401(k) contributions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Analyze and reconcile payroll general ledger downloads for NetSuite input.
- Compare payroll totals/counts to previous payrolls to identify discrepancies.
