What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Randstad Global Capability Center?
Job Duties
- Executive Assistant's work is focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities
- Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive
- Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry
- Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
- Receiving/relaying messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources
- May require have greater knowledge of the organization (i.e., financial processes, authorization processes, etc.)
- May have ownership of the executive's agenda/schedule (oversees access to executives)
- Typically in contact with internal and external executives
- May do some research and basic authoring/drafting of documents/correspondence.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role/position
- Advanced skills in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams experience
- Organization skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, Event Management, Project Management, Calendar Management, Attention to Detail
