The successful candidate will provide support to our client in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring timely and accurate compliance submissions, optimizing document handling and records management, and reducing the risk of non-compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering document handling services to teams, including retrieving, printing, signing, scanning, emailing, and mailing documents.
- Managing records by retrieving, archiving, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting compliance submissions by providing timely and accurate submissions, including uploading, printing, and submitting reports and documents to government authorities.
- Auditing: Responding to audit requests by gathering and providing documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in business/office administration or a relevant field, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards is essential, as well as experience in records management and document handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage records and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, with other information management system experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
