- Develop and execute a successful territory business development plan.
- Identify and cultivate prospects who can benefit from Randstad's services.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place top-tier talent in manufacturing, logistics, and construction roles.
- Cold call, prospect, and hunt for new business opportunities to grow your portfolio.
- Meet with clients to diagnose their human capital needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Use a blend of technology and personal touch to manage your accounts and documentation.
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that delights both clients and talent.What You Need to Bring :
- Proven sales success in qualifying and closing business.
- A strong track record in cold calling and new business development.
- 2 years of experience in staffing (preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction sectors).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to meet sales goals and manage performance metrics.
- Highly accountable, team-oriented approach with serious ambition to make things happen.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience is key.
- Proficiency in using multiple systems, MS Excel, Google mail, and calendaring tools.
