What You’ll Do :
- Develop and execute a successful territory business development plan .
- Identify and cultivate prospects who can benefit from Randstad's services.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place top-tier talent in manufacturing, logistics, and construction roles.
- Cold call, prospect, and hunt for new business opportunities to grow your portfolio.
- Meet with clients to diagnose their human capital needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Use a blend of technology and personal touch to manage your accounts and documentation.
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that delights both clients and talent.
